These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Learnwhiz Academy's Website, located at https://www.learnwhizacademy.com.

By enrolling in Learnwhiz Academy, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by them, please refrain from proceeding with your enrollment.

1. Batch Strength & Personalized Attention Learnwhiz Academy ensures an ideal batch size to facilitate a balance between personalized guidance and interactive group learning. Instructors, counselors, and management put significant effort into structuring and tailoring courses for each batch.

2. Attendance Requirement Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance across all training sessions, including technical and soft skills modules. Failing to meet this requirement will result in ineligibility for certification and placement assistance.

3. Course Curriculum Updates The field of technology evolves rapidly, requiring continuous adaptation. Learnwhiz Academy reserves the right to update the course curriculum at any time to keep pace with industry trends, without prior notice

4. Certification Students who successfully complete the course will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Certificates will only be issued to students who fulfill all academic and attendance requirements. Learnwhiz Academy reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance with institute policies.

5. Confidentiality All students are expected to maintain the confidentiality of course materials and training sessions. Any unauthorized sharing of content, materials, or information will lead to disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.

6. Disciplinary Actions Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to insubordination, disrespectful behavior towards faculty or staff, and violation of institute policies, will result in immediate dismissal.

7. Personal Equipment & Belongings Students are responsible for bringing and maintaining their own hardware, software, and necessary licenses. The academy is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal property.

8. Course Extension In case of unforeseen events, public holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances, the course duration may be extended beyond the initially planned schedule.

9. Missed Sessions Students who miss a session may request access to recorded lectures within two weeks of the missed class. These recordings can only be accessed within the academy’s premises and cannot be shared externally.

10. Prohibited Activities

    • Sharing course materials, credentials, or any proprietary content with external parties is strictly forbidden.

    • Engaging in behavior that negatively impacts the reputation of Learnwhiz Academy is not permitted.

    • Publicly making false or misleading statements about the academy on any platform, including social media, will lead to legal action.

11. Payment Policy Students are required to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in enrollment termination without prior notice.

12. Loan & Financial Information By enrolling, students authorize Learnwhiz Academy to share relevant documents with financing partners if they opt for loan assistance. The academy is not responsible for the policies of financial institutions handling such transactions.

13. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution Any disputes between a student and Learnwhiz Academy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.

14. Termination Policy

    • The academy reserves the right to remove a student from the program in cases of serious misconduct or repeated violations of institute policies.

    • No fees will be refunded in cases of dismissal due to disciplinary issues or non-compliance with attendance and conduct rules.

    • Immediate termination will be enforced for instances of harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that disrupts the learning environment.

15. 100% Placement Assistance Students meeting the attendance and performance requirements will be eligible for 100% placement assistance, which includes access to job and internship opportunities. Placement assistance will cease once the student receives their first offer letter.
