Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Learnwhiz Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs and workshops to help individuals enhance their skills. Before enrolling in any of our courses, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds.

1. No Refund Policy

At Learnwhiz Academy, all course and program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

1.1 Online Training Programs
  • Once a student enrolls in an online training course, the full payment is final and non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided even if the student does not attend or complete the course.

  • In case of technical difficulties from the student's end (such as internet issues, device incompatibility, or software problems), Learnwhiz Academy will not be responsible for any refund.

1.2 In-Person Training Programs
  • Fees paid for in-person training sessions courses are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or course completion.

  • If a participant is unable to attend the training after enrolling, they may contact the academy to inquire about rescheduling options, subject to availability and approval by Learnwhiz Academy.

  • No refund will be granted for missed sessions due to personal reasons, travel issues, or any other circumstances beyond Learnwhiz Academy’s control.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations by the Student
  • If a student decides to withdraw from a course before or after the training begins, no refund will be provided.

  • Requests for cancellation or withdrawal will not be eligible for a refund, whether the course is partially or fully completed.

2.2 Cancellations by Learnwhiz Academy
  • In the unlikely event that Learnwhiz Academy cancels a course, training program, or event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

  • Refunds for canceled events will be processed within 6-7 working days from the date of cancellation.

  • Students may also have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or another program, subject to availability.

3. Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • Learnwhiz Academy does not provide refunds for change of mind, personal inconvenience, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Students are encouraged to review course details, schedules, and eligibility criteria before enrolling to ensure it meets their requirements.

  • Any disputes or special refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Learnwhiz Academy, but this does not guarantee a refund.
